Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, Cornbread
My first attempt at making a gluten recipe as gluten free was quite successful. I had ingredients that needed to be used and came up with chicken noodle soup with carrots and cornbread. My cornbread recipe is a generic recipe but delicious nevertheless. I simply replaced the ingredients with their counterparts, simply substitution. It turned out delicious although it was falling apart. I think it may need something else to bind it together. It was sweet without being sugary and exceptionally moist.
